We, the undersigned, do hereby submit this application and contract for exhibit space as indicated below for our use at the Pro Photo             Expo Trade Show 2010 to be held at the Pasadena Center, Pasadena, California, February 6, 7, & 8, 2010.

We have read and agree to comply with the exhibit regulations and instructions on the reverse side of this Application & Contract for Exhibit Space and floor plan brochure which are part of this contract. We further agree to include payment with this application in accordance with Regulation Number Three in the Vendor Rules and Regulations.
